What is check- in\out time in your apartments?
The check-in time is at 13:00, check-out time is before 13:00. Nevertheless in some cases we can meet our client’s wishes and change the check- in and out time.
What is the procedure of checking-in\out?
At the agreed check-in time the manager of our company will be waiting for you in the apartment you rent to give you the keys, to sign the lease agreement and to receive the rental payment. At the check-out time our manager will take the keys back and will hand You in the accounting documents.
Are there any discounts provided?
Yes, we provide the discounts depending on terms of rent:
From 4 days 25% discount
From 8 days 35% discount
From 14 days 40% discount
From 30 days 50% discount
What is included in the rent payment?
Rent payment includes: Free Internet Access, all utility payments (electricity, hot and cold water, and cable TV), bed-linen change one time per three days, everyday cleaning of your apartment. We can also deliver products, cook and fulfill your requests for additional payment.
How can I pay for rent?
We accept all payments, eligible in Ukraine: cash and non-cash payment, money transfer through Western Union. You can find all the details on booking page.
What house appliance and furniture is there in your apartments?
In every apartment you will find new and comfortable furniture, air conditioner, cable or satellite TV, music centre, washing machine, iron, hair-dryer. In the kitchen: dish, kitchen utensils, including gas or electric cooker, micro-wave cooker, electric kettle, fridge. In the bathroom: towel, portion soap, shampoo.
