Description
The apartment is designed in a modest and laconic style. Dark-green furniture, which is presented by the spacious sofa and armchairs, coffee table, dining table and a cooking zone are located in the same space due to the “studio” style. The kitchen has everything that is required – stove, micro-wave oven, fridge, gas water heater, thanks to which hot water is available for the whole day and entire year.
There is a big double-bed and all necessary furniture in the bed-room. The third room also has two sleeping places, but with separate sleeping areas: two beds by the wall. The bathroom has a shower unit, a washing basin with mirror and other appliances.

Three-bedroom apartment is in the central part of the city, in the top of Karl Marks Avenue. Here you will be quite close to Shevchenko Park, just take a short walk down the park and you’ll be on the Quay or Monasturskiy Isle.
