Description
Two arm-chairs and a sofa in the living room can be converted into the bed and are equipped with orthopedic beddings. The bed-room is designed in blue colors and it has a leopard double-bed. The second room is in lacteous-and-beige colors with soft dark-green furniture, a TV set, table, wardrobe and balcony.
White kitchen is with built-in household appliance: fridge and a washing machine, micro-wave oven, water heater, gas stove for cooking, chests and drawer units. The sanitary convenience is also designed in the same color trend; it has a shower unit, washing basin and a mirror.

Karl Marks Avenue goes up from the very centre of the city and ends with a Slava monument and a viewing platform, which opens a view on the River Dnepr. Here you can follow two directions: down Karl Marks Avenue to the central part of the city or down to Pobeda Quay, and from that point to the downtown or to the residential area Pobeda. You can reach the downtown within 5-10 minutes.
