If the apartment is currently occupied, we will offer you another one with similar pricing, class and location options.
After you receive confirmation on its vacancy you can reserve it by paying a one-night rent in advance. The money can be paid through a direct money order to our credit card or through a Western Union money transfer. Credit card payments are accepted at least two weeks before. The money transfer is carried out during 4-5 working days.
If you have difficulties in choosing the appropriate apartment, please, fill out the inquiry form and point out your preferences (apartment type, location, price). Our managers will find the best matching one for you.
We provide apartment reservations for at least 5 nights. If you are planning to stay less than 5 nights, just fill out the form and our managers will offer you an apartment on your arrival.
Please reserve apartments well in advance (6-12 days). This will ensure that the apartment you wish to rent is vacant upon your arrival.
